SLFS Marketing Team Update

Happy Wednesday! We want to welcome you all to our second Silver Linings for Seniors (SLFS) blog post and walk you through some of the recent changes at SLFS.

First and foremost, Amanda Moore has been our Marketing Relationship Specialist since February of 2019. Amanda was our team member that marketed SFLS and promoted good Mental Health in our community. In addition, Amanda attended trade shows, health fairs and networking groups, she did all of our digital marketing, worked with referrals, etc.

However, in December of 2019, Amanda relocated to Florida to be closer to her boyfriend who accepted a new job. While the move came as a shock to both Amanda and our team as a whole, we came up with a decision to make the best of it! Since Amanda has been an integral part of our team and thoroughly enjoys working with our clientele, we decided to shift her role to a mostly remote position.

Amanda’s new position includes working more closely with our therapists, continuing to work with the referrals, referral sources and continuing to grow our digital marketing presence (stay tuned for our SLFS newsletter!) and so much more.

However, since Amanda is not physically in the state of North Carolina, we needed someone to go out into the community and pick up where Amanda left off. That is where Emma Jane House comes in!

Emma Jane, our new Marketing Outreach Specialist, started with Silver Linings in late December 2019. You can find Emma Jane visiting facilities, attending trade shows, networking and giving presentations. Emma Jane is often the first person any of the facilities’ personnel meets.

A native of Raleigh, Emma Jane enjoys trying new restaurants, traveling and spending time with her two dogs in her free time. Emma Jane attended East Carolina University and graduated with a degree in Communications. She lived in Greenville, NC for six years, but is excited to be back home in Raleigh. Before Emma Jane came to Silver Linings, she worked in TV News and Marketing. She has a passion for working with people, especially seniors, and getting them the help and information they need.

Though Emma Jane has been with SLFS for a short amount of time, we are so pleased and excited with the work she has done and will continue to do!

If you are out in the community and see Emma Jane, please say hi! If you would like to reach out to her directly, send her an email at: emmajane@silverliningsnc.com or give her a call at 919-348-8130.

If you would like to get in touch with Amanda, please reach out to her at: amanda@silverliningsnc.com or 919-757-6498. Amanda will be in the Triangle on a quarterly basis, so please reach out to her if you would like to set up a time to meet face-to-face. Amanda is always available for a Skype call, as well.

Stay tuned for more exciting news and updates on Silver Linings for Seniors! See you all next week!
